Why Cinco you ask? It’s quite simple really. Five is the quintessential number. We have five fingers and five toes. You don’t give someone a high three, you give them a high five. The designated cocktail time is five o’ clock. It’s also the number of justices on the Supreme Court of the United States necessary to render a majority decision. How many people were delegated to draft the United States Declaration of Independence? You guessed it…five. Does Chanel number four sound right? Maybe, but not as classy as Chanel number five. It also happens to be the number of senses that we have.
We interact with our environment through one or all of the five senses. At Cinco, we engage every sense without overloading them to create a unique and pleasurable dining experience.
